She underwent breast augmentation with 550 cc moderate profile saline breast implants placed in sub pectoral pockets. Her bra size changed from a "droopy" 36 B-cup to a more lifted D-cup. A more pleasing distance was created between the darker areolar skin and the infra mammary skin by lowering and creating a new fixation point for the infra mammary folds. Breast lifts(mastopexies) were not performed in this case.
